Long-term Rentals

Please be aware that Toronto's rental housing vacancy rate is one of the lowest in Canada. Program participants are advised to visit Toronto several months in advance of their stay in Toronto in order to find appropriate accommodation. This is particularly important for members visiting with their families. Approximate rental rates in Toronto are as follows:

Bachelor or studio apartment: \$1300 - \$1800
