The goal of the talk is to show how noncommutative Berezin kernels are used to obtain Wold decompositions for the representations of $C*$-algebras associated with large classes of noncommutative domains, polydomains, and varieties. We also present some results concerning the structure of these $C*$-algebras and their representations as well as some classification results.
