The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences invites applications to the position of Deputy Director of the Institute.

Fields is saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Zoé Chatzidakis, a brilliant mathematician, loyal friend, fierce advocate for her subject and strong supporter of women and young people. She died on the morning of January 22, 2025.

Prof. Deirdre Haskell steps into the role of Fields Institute Director from her role as Interim Director.
