The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences is pleased to announce that Dr. Jennifer Holm, Associate Professor at Wilfrid Laurier University, has received the 2026 Margaret Sinclair Award in recognition of her excellence and innovation in mathematics education.
The Centre de recherches mathématiques (CRM), the Fields Institute and the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS) are proud to recognize the University of Toronto professor for his outstanding contributions to optimal transport theory.
The initiative strengthens research ties with India by bringing them to Toronto for the Fields Undergraduate Summer Research Program (FUSRP).
Dr. Mark Braverman (Princeton University, Abacus Medal 2022) delivers the keynote lecture, "How do you measure surprise?" followed by a robust panel discussion.
